Meinhardt provided specialist structural design and supervision services to the contractor, reviewed the reinforced concrete design of the base-building and converted it to post-tensioned concrete flat plate for improved economy and rapid construction. Meinhardt also designed the temporary works and advised the contractor in respect of installation/dismantling of cranes/hoists and access platforms including advice on construction loads limitations.
