Dubai Pearl is a major mixed-use development in a premium location adjacent to Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City and Jumeirah. The development consists of five levels carpark podium, four high-rise towers (Sky Towers) with multi-level interconnecting bridges at the top (Sky Palaces). A variety low/medium rise buildings (The Living City) surrounds the Sky Towers on the podium. The project incorporates commercial, residential, hotel and retail developments including a premier shopping mall, and a luxury fashion precinct. A state-of-the-art theatre and multiple cinemas are also part of this development.

Meinhardt provided all MEP, Structural and Civil engineering consultancy as well as specialist services such as Green Building Design and Fire Performance Engineering. With a total GFA of over 900,000 square metres, the project aims for high-level environmental performance using the LEED certification method.
