Meinhardt is appointed by the Client (University of Bahrain) to provide design development, integrated engineering services and site supervision for the proposed New College of Engineering.  The campus will consist of 11 buildings in total, eight of which are academic/laboratory buildings that are conjoined by a plaza on either side of the campus area.   Located at the entrance to the campus is the college auditorium, a lecture theatre and multi-purpose hall.
